One-on-One Instruction

Kids & Teens-
An in-home Kid's Yoga Lesson based on age and ability!
Yoga is a great way for students to learn how to use their breath, relax their body, and focus their mind, giving themselves calm confidence and a positive self image. They will learn asanas (postures) designed to engage them and their imaginations to make it fun and exciting, while stretching and strengthening the body. They will also learn pranayama (breath control) as a tool to focus and stay calm under pressure or in emotional situations. They will be guided through meditations to discover their own minds, learning how to direct their mental energy into positivity without suppressing negative emotions, but instead channeling them into an opportunity for personal growth.
Young students will also participate in singing yoga songs, playing yoga games, and following along with yoga books!
        - Ages 3-10: 30 min. $30
        - Ages 11-17: 45 min. $45- Aerial offered to                                this age group
Private Group Instruction
A private group yoga lesson is a great way to share in your practice!  Fun for the whole family, friends night out, birthday parties, date night, or any occasion! Minimum 2 people.  Any style of floor Yoga listed above.
Private Guided Meditation
Take this opportunity to learn about or deepen your meditation practice. One-on-one or with friends and family.  On the floor, in a chair, or in the Aerial Hammock.
